I was told to be there at 8:30am and I was, for oil change and tire rotation. They took my truck back at 9:30ish and told me it was thru about 10:30ish but the check engine light had come on when they were parking the truck. at 11:45ish or about, I ask the man that checked me in about status of the truck. He said the tech guy was parking it now and he would ask me and come tell me. At 12:00, I went to the desk and Michael said the guy went to lunch and then he checked and found the paper work and key. (that's right, the man never came back to me) Therefore; I WAS NEVER TOLD THAT MY TRUCK WAS READY TO GO. I had to wait from 8:30 till 12: 00. Told Michael to check me out and if I had a problem I would bring it back.

Called and got an appointment at Karl Malone Chevrolet Toyota in El Dorado, Arkansas for 1pm Tuesday, September 9. Dropped off vehicle at 9am. When I picked up at 4 pm, nothing was done. Scheduled for oil change, key fob programming and recall. Was asked to bring back the next day at no charge. I did and left all day again. All was done except recall parts weren't available. Was charged over $300!! Not happy!!
